How to Overcome low self-esteem

Focus on the present

Avoid looking back on the past experiences that you didn’t like

Appreciate that good things that you have done and you’ll see that you will feel good about yourself.

Always have in mind that bad experiences cannot always be avoided but we grow through those experiences.

You deserve to take things slow, don’t pressurize yourself into doing something that requires time to achieve

Set up goals that are realistic to avoid disappointments.

Believe that you can make it

#Continue working on yourself regardless to what other people may say. You can be the author of your own story. So own it and Just be you!

#It’s okay if you feel overwhelmed by the current situations that you are facing. All things work out for your good even if it’s not comfortable.

#Start your day with an affirmation, meditation or an activity that you enjoy. Set a strong, positive tone for your day!

#When you do something well or make a good decision, celebrate it. Give yourself a pat-on-the back for a job well done!

#Spend at least 5-10 minutes on each day of the week doing something that feeds your soul. Reading, writing, meditating or even playing games. Make it part of your daily routine.

#If there’s something you really enjoy doing, do it more. It helps you feel more valuable and worth it
